Shuttle with no advance reservations may be canceled without notice.

BOISE AIRPORT CHECK-IN

Our driver will meet passengers at the Rotunda, located near BAGGAGE CLAIM close to the BOTTOM of the escalator that comes down from the security area.

Please check in with our driver at 3:00 to 3:15pm to get signed in and on board.

SUN VALLEY CHECK-IN

Sun Valley Lodge: 8:10am: Meet driver outside of the main entrance.

Hailey Post Office: 8:40am: Meet driver in front of the P.O. main entrance. 

SPRING, SUMMER, FALL (APRIL - NOV):

The shuttle will only run on days when we have a minimum of 4 passengers. Call our office for details.

LUGGAGE

Each passenger is allowed 2 standard-sized pieces of luggage and 1 ski bag or snowboard. (Additional luggage will be subject to space availability and will be charged our freight rate. Please call our office for details.)

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Sun Valley Express will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items. There is a minimum $25.00 fee to ship any items left behind, plus the actual cost of shipping.

DELAYS

Sun Valley Express will make a good faith effort to maintain schedules but will not be responsible for delays caused by weather, road or traffic conditions, mechanical failure, or any other unforeseen conditions. Any expenses arising from such delays including, but not limited to, missed flights, meetings, schedules, appointments, or other transportation connections are the sole responsibility of the passenger.

Sun Valley Express will hold the Boise shuttle departure briefly for ticketed passengers for flight delays only, up to a maximum of 15 minutes, at our sole discretion.

Payments forms acceptedWe accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

DISCLOSURE OF CURRENCY

All Transactions are in US Dollars.

Method of Transaction Security

The Sun Valley Express uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for transaction security along with Authorize.net Payment Gateway.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations canceled at least 24 hours prior to pick-up time will be refunded in full. Reservations canceled within 24 hours are non-refundable. By entering your credit card information and completing the reservation, you agree to this cancellation policy. 

UNACCOMPANIED MINOR (under age 18)

Transporting an unaccompanied minor requires that a parent/guardian consent form be completed in advance and that an adult designated by the parent/guardian receive the child on delivery and also sign the consent form. Should a designated party fail to meet and receive the child at time and location agreed to the child will remain on our shuttle until all passenger deliveries are completed and will then be delivered to the Sun Valley Lodge. The designated party must pick up a child at the Lodge, and parent/guardian authorizes Sun Valley Express to bill their credit/debit card for wait time at a rate of $50 per hour (or any portion thereof) until such time as the child is received by the designated party.

If you need to book within 24 hours of travel, please call our office to book your trip so that we can verify availability.

PETS

Certified Aid Animals are allowed on the shuttle. Pets in airline approved hard-sided carriers are allowed. Maximum size 9 inches high by 19 inches long by 14 inches wide. 

DATA PRIVACY POLICY DISCLOSURE

Customer information (name, billing address, email address, telephone number) is used within our company only, for billing and dispatch purposes only. We do not share customer information with outside sources. We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it and we don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law. We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.
